Content pillars: 3-5 high level topics in which all social media content will be based on.

Engagement: the total number of likes, shares, and comments on a social media post.

Hashtags: a word or phrase used on social media to expand reach, identify topics, and allows for posts to be more easily found.

Press release: a short, compelling news story that is sent to media sources and reports. It provides information related to a campaign or update on the business creating it

Public relations: the process of managing the relationship and persona between a business or brand with the public.

User-generated content: any form of media created by the end user or consumer about a certain brand, company, or product.
