A CANADIAN CHARITY
When women entrepreneurs thrive, we all do
The Forum, a Canadian charity, has supported over 18,000 entrepreneurs since 2002 and is committed to making sure all self-identifying women, non-binary, and trans-femme entrepreneurs can build and sustain the success they envision.
Our programming, mentorship, and deeply collaborative community work in tandem to meet entrepreneurs where they’re at and help them achieve their next milestones.

These are the guiding principles that shape everything we do at The Forum
Where Women Entrepreneurs Thrive
All of our initiatives are created with intentionality around inclusion.
We support all self-identifying women, non-binary, and trans-femme entrepreneurs, and will do whatever it takes to ensure they can activate and access the wisdom, financial, and community capital that they need to thrive.
Practice Community as a Verb
To us, being part of a community is an action, something we continuously build, nurture, engage, and champion together.
We want everyone who accesses The Forum to walk away feeling like they have someone in their corner who is cheering for them.
Commit to Authentic Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)
We’re dedicated to ensuring our initiatives can support each member of The Forum community. DEI is an integral part of our work, and a lens for what we do and how we do it.
Every year, we support our internal team in continued growth through: Truth & Reconciliation workshops, XChange Circles, collaborations with the NACCA, third-party consultations, and evolving research and resource sharing so that we can deliver the most relevant and effective support for our community.
Respond with Intention and Have a Measurable Impact
We design our programming with impact firmly in mind, working to ensure our initiatives give entrepreneurs the detailed support they need to action their next steps.
Entrepreneurs need 360-degree support to achieve their vision of success. We’re here to provide that.
We are a signatory of the 50 – 30 Challenge
Which will act as a framework to accelerate diversity actions already taking place in many Canadian organizations and to encourage other Canadian organizations in adopting practices to improve equity.
We’re committed to socially conscious entrepreneurship
We support the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals — to end poverty, fight inequality, and protect the planet by 2030 — and encourage you to as well.
