2023-2024 Annual Report

We’re thrilled to present The Forum’s 2023-2024 Annual Report, showcasing a transformative year of shifting social and economic power for self-identifying women, non-binary, and trans-femme entrepreneurs.

Here’s a sneak peek of what we’ve accomplished in the past year:

• 2,792 Entrepreneurs Impacted: We saw a 73% increase in entrepreneurs supported, with 2,792 participants accessing our programs and collaborative community.

• Strengthening Equity and Inclusion: Of all program participants, 57% identified as intersectional, including 40% BIPOC, reflecting our commitment to a truly inclusive and supportive community.

• Focused Support for Growing Businesses: 232 entrepreneurs with new businesses and 960 entrepreneurs in the growth or scaling stage received targeted support to help build, sustain, and grow their ventures.

• Advancing Women-Led Ventures through The Odlum Brown Forum Pitch: We received 386 applications from impressive entrepreneurs across Canada. Three Finalists received prize packages to fuel their business growth, and we raised over $1m through our Finale event—a record-breaking milestone.

• Helping Entrepreneurs Thrive with Mentorship: Our mentorship programs facilitated 307 new pairings and 93% of Mentees reported that they would recommend the experience to another entrepreneur.
