Code of Conduct
The Forum’s mission is to support women entrepreneurs in running wildly successful businesses. When we gather together, we are committed to providing a respectful space that encourages safe and brave participation, and one that is free from bullying, harassment or harm.
Agreements for How We Show Up Together (formally known as a Code of Conduct):
We respect confidentiality and ask for consent
We are aware of our actions, the impact they may have on others and we take responsibility for our behaviours
We show up present for one another, honouring our time and energy together
We hold compassionate space for what comes up
We speak from our own experience and leave assumptions and egos at the door
We treat community as a verb
We agree that behaviors of any forms of discrimination, aggression, inappropriate or harmful conduct will not be tolerated and understand The Forum will take immediate action.
We acknowledge that building community and champions is an important part of our business. We agree we will not, directly or indirectly, solicit, attempt to solicit or divert business from a mentor or fellow participant unless there is an agreement of mutual collaboration.
