Keighty Gallagher is the founder of Tight Club Athletics which is a warm, welcoming and inclusive functional fitness studio that celebrates diversity, and encourages loving relationships with fitness and each other.
Founded in 2012, Keighty's mission was to carve out a brave and protected place for people not typically included in the fitness industry, and has been changing the way people feel about movement ever since. Her one location dubbed The Field House (due to its close proximity to the field she started coaching on and to her deep roots in track and field) is located on Union Street and has recently launched a livestream platform with accessible pricing to continue to support her community through interactive movement.
