Sloane Muldoon (she/her)
Sloane Muldoon is the Senior Vice President of Retail Performance where she is responsible for supporting Scotiabank’s largest distribution channel in delivering results for the Canadian Bank through strategies and programs that uplift our largest asset, our people.
As a passionate people-leader, mentor and ally, Sloane is committed to enhancing Scotiabank’s inclusive culture and driving meaningful change where people can be themselves, feel a strong sense of belonging and better leverage their experiences and cultural backgrounds. In support of these aims she is the executive sponsor and co-chair of the Scotiabank Women Initiative, in addition to being the co-chair of the Canadian Banking Diversity, Equity and Inclusion council and member of the Global Diversity Council.
Sloane holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan, is an accredited Personal Financial Planner and graduate of the Executive Management Program at Schulich School of Business at York University, Toronto. Sloane joined Scotiabank in 1991 and has held progressively more senior roles including most recently, Senior Vice President, Prairie Region, Canadian Branch Banking. Prior to that, Sloane was Managing Director for the Caribbean East Region and Country Head & Managing Director, Cayman Islands & British Virgin Islands, District Vice-President, Alberta South, and Vice President, Agriculture, Commercial Banking.
