Change is on the Horizon: CEO Paulina Cameron's Departure

After five years of incredible leadership, we will be bidding a fond farewell to our remarkable CEO, Paulina Cameron, at the end of December 2023. She has been a guiding force behind The Forum and her vision, passion, and unwavering dedication have left an indelible mark on countless women entrepreneurs. 

After announcing her departure, Paulina shared her thoughts with us: 

"Leading The Forum over the last 5 years has been a tremendous honor. I am so proud of what we have collectively accomplished, and I know the ripple effects of that impact will continue on. I am deeply grateful to have had the opportunity to work with the most outstanding team, board, and community champions. Like we often say, once a part of The Forum, always a part of The Forum. I know this will be the case for me." 

Under Paulina's leadership, with a dedicated cross-Canada team and supportive board, we've achieved remarkable milestones. We now support over 1,600 women across Canada every year, expanded our brand and team from coast to coast, and received transformative funding from both the private and public sectors. The Forum is steadfastly serving its mission and its growing community of self-identifying women, non-binary, and transfemme entrepreneurs. 

Our Founder and Chair Emeritus, Christina Anthony, also shared her thoughts on Paulina’s contribution: 

"Paulina has helped grow The Forum into a well-established self-sustaining national charity while also keeping that 'magic' that we at The Forum hold so dear. The heart and soul she put into this role has set us up so well for our next exciting chapter. Thank you, Paulina, and best wishes for what’s ahead."
